Description

Your key duties will be to:

• Manage and maintain the organisation's credit control system
• Ensure timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments
• Regularly monitor and report on updates of credit risks
• Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
  
• Process invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly
• Manage sales ledger accounts and ensure they are up to date
• Perform account reconciliations as required
• Work closely with the finance team to achieve set objectives

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• A solid background in accounting and finance, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  
• An understanding of credit control procedures and best practices.
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
