Opportunities have risen for a number of Customer Support Agent to join a global payments company on immediate start, 6-week contracts. 

Based in Cambridge, they are looking for people who can start immediately. There may be an opportunity for a permanent position. 

As Customer Support Agent, you will:

Be the first line of support dealing with client queries

Respond to emails

Collect Data to verify ID

What we’re looking for in a Customer Support Agent: 

Ability to show initiative and work independently

Attention to detail

Polite under pressure

The ability to communicate clearly and effectively

NICE TO HAVE:

Payments / Fintech experience

Proficient in Excel
