Job Title: Bartender/Waiter/Waitress
Location: Watford/Bushey Area
Employment Type: Minimum 30 Hours Per Week
Salary: £12 per hour

We are recruiting for our client, a start-up restaurant/bar in the Watford area. If you re passionate about hospitality and looking to make your mark in an exciting new venture, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently
• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell where appropriate
• Handle payments and manage the point-of-sale system accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

What We re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of bartending experience (3 years would be ideal)
• Great communication and customer service skills
• No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience is a must
• Local to the Watford/Bushey area
• Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week primarily working Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with flexibility depending on business needs
• Please note: Due to the nature of the role and handling of alcohol, applicants must meet the legal minimum age requirement of 18
