Salary: 21 per hour (LTD or Umbrella)

About the Role:

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodywork to its original condition, ensuring a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and repair damaged vehicles to manufacturer and customer standards.
• Use specialist tools and equipment to remove, repair, or replace damaged panels.
• Carry out structural and cosmetic repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Weld and bond components as necessary.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, meeting agreed deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive environment.
• Skilled in using a variety of panel beating tools and techniques.
• Proficient in welding and filler work.
• Ability to work to high standards with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Own tools are required.

Location:
This role is based in Pershore, Worcester. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the location.
