Fabric Engineer Required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client who are an exciting Facilities Management company are looking for a Fabric Engineer to cover a site in Liverpool. They are looking for a fabric technician who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role and has PPM experience. They are looking for someone from an all round handyman background. This is a great opportunity with the opportunity to progress.

This role is initially a temp role with view to go permanent. Working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Standard hours are 8am - 5pm.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Looking after the fabric of the building including:
• Minor Joinery
• Minor plastering
• Painting (touching up)
• PPM checks, water flushing, fire extinguishers etc
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with client and contractors on site.

Requirements for the role

• Experienced Fabric Engineer / Handyperson
• PPM experience
• Multi Skilled
• Reliable and can work as a team
