Temporary School Administrator

We are currently supporting a Middlesbrough school who are currently seeking a School Administrator to join them on a full-time, temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain student records and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with the organisation of school events and meetings.
• Provide support for the school staff and management team.
• Handle enquiries from parents, students, and external parties.
• Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of the school office.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
