Job Advert: Teaching Assistants - South Birmingham Area (January Start)

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in secondary schools across South Birmingham? We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join schools in the area. Positions are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, starting in January.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Assist students with their learning, providing individual or group support
• Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment
• Provide assistance to students with additional needs, as required
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for supporting students in their academic and personal development
• Willingness to obtain a DBS check if you don't already have one
