Children's Social Worker - CP

Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council are looking for Assessment/CIN Social Workers to support their Local Authority on a full term basis.

Bournemouth are currently paying £48 per hour for experienced Social Workers & £30 per night accomodation/travel allowance for those travelling to the Local Authority.

Undertaking Children and Family Assessments
Undertaking Risk Assessments and Safety Planning
Undertaking Child Protection Enquiries
Undertaking Initial Court Proceedings
Working with Children and Families during the initial stages of Child Protection plans
Completed CIN cases
Initiating and Implementing Child Protection plans
Providing Section 17 support to families and children in need
