• Position: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
• Band: 6
• Location: Manchester
• Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
• Schedule: Full-time, days
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care to patients in their own environments. Here s a glimpse into your daily impact:

• Patient Visits: Build meaningful connections during home visits, ensuring their care needs are met.
• Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications on schedule, providing vital support in their treatment plans.
• Active Listening & Support: Engage with patients to understand their conditions deeply, offering tailored solutions while tracking progress or setbacks.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks to ensure the safety of patients and their environment, creating a secure path to recovery.

To thrive in this role, you ll need:

• Active NMC Registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
• Demonstrated experience in community mental health settings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• A proactive approach to working both independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care and making a difference.
