Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

Support individual pupils and small groups to ensure they reach their full potential.

Work alongside teachers to implement effective learning strategies.

Assist in creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Provide 1:1 or group interventions, particularly with SEN students.

What We're Looking For

A recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

Proven experience working in primary or secondary schools.

Confidence in leading a class and delivering lessons.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
