Area Shift Leader Nights.

Monday to Friday 10pm-6am
19.67 per hour.

MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Leadership Skills : Ability to motivate and guide the team effectively.
2. Communication : Clear and concise communication with team members and upper management.
3. Problem-Solving : Quick thinking and resourceful in resolving issues that arise.
4. Organisation : Strong organisational skills for efficient work flow and inventory management.
5. Attention to Detail : Ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment, inventory checks, and safety protocols.
6. Time Management : Prioritising tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
7. Technical Skills : Familiarity with warehouse management systems and equipment.
8. Safety Awareness : Knowledge of safety regulations and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
9. Team Collaboration : Fostering teamwork and cooperation among team members.
10. Adaptability : Ability to adjust to changing circumstances and new challenges.
