Facilities Manager
I am looking for a Facilities Manager with a Technical background to start a contract for a leading FM Provider in Cardiff.

£300pd (inside IR35)
Cardiff
Monday - Friday - site based
5 month contract (temp to perm option available)
You will:
- Manage a team of 3 engineers on site
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver effective solutions
- Engage with stakeholders
- Complete work in dedicated timescales
- Monitor P&L
- Keep the client updated with reports and clear communication
