Shift Pattern: 2 days per week | Tuesday & Thursday

Pay Rate: £31ph

Responsibilities:

To prescribe the 4 dementia medications: Donepezil, Galantamine, Rivastigmine and Memantine.

To review medications and continue prescribing, only when appropriate.

Maintain detailed notes of medications & dosage provided to patient.Qualifications and Requirements:

Fully enhanced valid DBS

Must hold non-medical prescriber V300 Qualification

Must have experience prescribing.Benefits:

£31ph LTD | PAYE Inclusive: £27.81

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
