Description
Implementing and managing HSE programs and policies
Conducting risk assessments and enforcing preventative measures
Establishing a culture of continuous improvement in HSE matters
Training employees on health and safety procedures
Carrying out internal/external audits and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations
Investigating accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker's compensation claims
Collaborating with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety issues
Meet ISO(phone number removed) standards
Preparing reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper managementProfile
A successful HSE Officer should have:
NEBOSH ideally
Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
Experience with writing reports and policies for health and safety
Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topicsJob Offer
£40,000 per annum
*6 Month FTC to go perm*
