Job Description

Our client has an opportunity for a Digital Retail Executive to join them on a contract basis for an initial 3 months. You will be supporting the Retail Account Manager with the day-to-day digital retail operations.

Role: Digital Retail Executive

Location: Hounslow - 3 days onsite as a minimum

Hours: Full Time

Daily Rate: £150 per day via PAYE

What you'll be doing:

Support RAM (Retail Account Manager) with day-to-day digital retail operations.

Support RAM with retailer enquiries

Monitoring Operations across our R&C locations

Reviewing and Raise New User Experience website improvements to digital stakeholders

Support RAM with brand onboarding programme

Monitor ecommerce orders and coordinator with external suppliers to ensure SLA order levels and maintain 99% order fulfilment rate.

Coordinate Digital retail reporting to wide stakeholders (weekly/monthly/YTD)

Occasional hands-on support within the retail areaRequirements:

Retail Administration experience

Ecommerce experience would be desirable

Proficient with MS Packages

Ability to work independently

Great communication skills, and liaising with stakeholders

Right to work in the UK without restrictions
