Digital Retail Admin Executive
We are looking for a Digital Retail Executive to join Heathrow on a 3 month contract. This will be working hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 remote per week.
Key duties and roles:
* Support RAM (Retail Account Manager) with day to day digital retail operations.
* Support RAM with retailer enquiries
* Monitoring Operations across our R&C locations
* Reviewing and Raise New User Experience website improvements to digital stakeholders
* Support RAM with brand onboarding programme
* Monitor ecommerce orders and coordinator with external suppliers to ensure SLA order levels and maintain 99% order fulfilment rate.
* Coordinate Digital retail reporting to wide stakeholders (weekly/monthly/YTD)
Experience with Excel and E-commerce required
Retail experience is a plus
