Business Development Manager
Location: Colnbrook. Office 1 day/week, Field 4 days/week
Salary: £45-50K DOE + Car Allowance + Commission
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Flexible start/finish times)
Travel: Yes, this is a field-based position.
Pertemps are looking for an experiences Business Development manager with previous experience in eCommerce, courier, and exports logistics to drive the companies growth.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
Identify new business opportunities.
Engage on social media.
Reach out to potential customers.
Build and manage customer relationships.
Negotiate commercial terms.
Support UK strategy and stay ahead of market changes.
Educate the team on market trends.
Expand the company's network.
Promote the hub-ez platform.
Experience and Skills required of a Business Development Manager:
2+ years in business development (Courier/eCommerce/Exports).
Strong communication and sales skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Good judgment and diplomacy.
Extensive network and social selling experience.
Excellent written communication.
Skilled in cold outreach.
