Early Years/Nursery Practitioner - Primary school in Islington

SANZA Teaching Agency is excited to recruit on behalf of a fantastic primary school located in the London Borough of Islington. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years/Nursery Practitioner to join their Under 3's Provision, supporting children aged 6 months to 3 years old.

About the Role:

Position: Early Years/Nursery Practitioner

Location: London Borough of Islington

Start Date: Immediate - January 2025

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Contract: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children under 3 years old.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to the individual needs of the children.

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.

Requirements:

Ideally, hold a CACHE Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.

A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.

Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

An understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
