SEN TA: Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Join a warm and inclusive primary school in Brent as an SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in managing challenging behaviours. This is a full-time, long-term role where you can help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Application Requirements:
SEN Teaching Assistant:
Experience supporting children with SEN, especially challenging behaviours.Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.Relevant qualifications (desirable but not required).
Your Role:
SEN Teaching Assistant:
• Work one-on-one or in groups with students with challenging behaviours.
• Assist in implementing behaviour strategies and individual education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Provide emotional and academic support to help children grow.
