The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring that students follow their lesson plans and remain engaged.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain a positive, focused learning environment.
• Support students with various educational needs and ensure they continue to make progress.
• Adapt to different school settings and subject areas, ensuring that each class runs smoothly.

About You

• Experience as a Cover Supervisor, Unqualified Teacher, or in a similar support role is desirable, but not essential.
• A passion for working with secondary school students and helping them stay on track with their studies.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in their learning.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and with a variety of subjects.
• DBS checked (or willing to undergo a DBS check).
