The role

Four Squared Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a one-year maternity cover to join a vibrant and fast-paced team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to support ambitious marketing objectives by utilising a broad range of marketing strategies to engage a diverse membership within the financial services sector. A significant aspect of the role will involve promoting events and training programmes to meet commercial goals.

We are looking for a creative marketing professional who has a true strategic mindset, who can immerse themselves into a new and exciting sector.

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with internal teams to plan and manage marketing campaigns for various commercial activities.

Implement marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, emails (with audience segmentation), social media, and on-site event promotions.

Develop, edit, and manage compelling marketing content that adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.

Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively target audiences, ensuring timely delivery and minimising message fatigue.

Manage the commercial sections of the website, ensuring events and training courses are presented in an engaging and informative manner, including updates on details, speakers, and agendas.

Work with the design team to produce attractive, on-brand marketing materials.

Track, measure, and optimise campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights for continuous improvement. Skills and Competencies
