Job Description

I am currently recruiting for x 2 Quantity Surveyors for a main contractor based in South East London to work on new build commercial, care home and mixed use projects ranging in value from £5 to £25 million.

Projects are - a 34 unit new build residential development split across 5 sites in South East London and a £10 million new build residential block of apartments also in South East London.

Key duties will be - managing full trade packages together, with suitable scopes, managing tender returns, analyses with a consideration for client/contract requirements. You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office & site.
