Job Description

Our client requires a Mechanical Site Manager to manage the Mechanical package of a medium-large commercial fitout. The role will involve managing direct Plumbers and Pipefitters as well as sub-contractors. It will also involve liaising with the client on site as well as internal directors and subcontractors. Ensuring the project progresses in a timely manner in line with the programme in line with health and safety protocols etc is an important part of the Mechanical Site Manager role.

Successful Mechanical Site Managers must have the following:

* A current valid CSCS / SMSTS tickets for working on site as a Mechanical Site Manager.

* Experience working as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial fitout sites.

* Two checkable working references as a Mechanical Site Manager from similar roles.
