INTERIM CFO

DONEGAL

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Interim CFO/FD to lead the financial function for a growing and very successful manufacturing company. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing day to finance functions, e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and cash flow management. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive business performance, ensure operational efficiency, and provide strategic financial insights to support key decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day financial operations and reporting

Implementing business processes, financial controls and ensuring compliance with regulation

Working capital management

Providing actionable insights for profitability improvement and cost management

Mentoring and leading the finance team

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a CFO/FD or senior financial leader in the manufacturing or FMCG sector, with a track record of driving financial performance and transformation in fast-paced environments. Specific experience in leading reorganisation and change management in the finance function is of particular interest. This is a 3-month interim position initially. Immediate start required.
