Transport Coordinator

Immediate start

Ongoing position

11.44 per hour

Choose to work - 10am to 6pm, 11am to 7pm or 12pm to 8pm - Monday to Friday

Based in Magna Park, Lutterworth

Basic duties will involve working in a transport office - providing telephone support for customers and drivers

Working in the transport, logistics distribution and supply chain industry

Experience required for a Transport Coordinator

• Previous experience in telephone support
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Calm under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities for a Transport Coordinator

• Provide telephone support for crews and delivery teams
• Address and resolve queries from drivers
• Assist in all general administration
• Provide reports
• Deal with any admin support
