TeacherActive are currently supporting an amazing mainstream primary school based in Grays. This school is seeking a Qualified Primary School Teacher to join their vibrant and welcoming school community.

In this full-time position, you will inspire and guide young learners, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. Working collaboratively with a supportive team, you will plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that cater to a diverse group of students.

As a Qualified Primary Teacher, your main responsibilities will be planning and delivering creative and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum, creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages a love for learning. Being able to monitor and assess student progress is key, being able to provide constructive feedback to both students and parents. This school is looking for someone who will be able to collaborate with their colleagues to share best practices and support school initiatives.

Everyone employed by a school must have an upgraded DBS on file with the updating service. If you don't, we can help by providing you with a direct application link. An OSPC (Overseas Police Check) is required if you have worked abroad for more than six months in the last five years. All school environments will need to have these as a safeguarding measure.

The requirements for a Qualaified Primary Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status Certificate (QTS) Essential.
• A proven track record of teaching at the primary level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
