Job Description

Calling all experienced COSS'. This is your chance to be a part of an exciting project in Northampton, where you'll have the opportunity to work within a gang, performing COSS duties and helping the gang with a mix of day and night shifts, including weekends. This is a long term project and we are looking to primary sponsor a suitable candidate

Ongoing freelance work with the potential for new projects once the current one is completed

Competitive salary range of GBP20.00 - GBP24.00 per hour

Possess the Sentinel competency COSS to ensure you're equipped for the job

Be located within an hour's travel of Northampton to minimize fatigue and maximize efficiency

Demonstrate experience working within a gang and performing COSS duties

Thrive in a mix of day and night shifts, including weekends, to support the ongoing project

Possess the flexibility and adaptability to navigate the ever-changing work environment Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful COSS experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the gang

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle any challenges that arise
