Senior Site Manager - Hayes, Middlesex - Temp (26 weeks duration)

Warehouse refurbishment

Start 3rd Feb 2025

CIS or PAYE Umbrella

The job:

£4m warehouse refurb on an industrial estate, with simple large subbie packages (Steel, Cladding and Roofing, MEP and Landscaping). The work comprises mostly strip out, office refurb and warehouse roofing (take off and replace existing roof).

About the company:

50-year-old, £16m turnover contractor, who are a conservatively run, organically growing organisation. Work within the commercial and industrial sectors of the construction industry.

The Senior Site Manager must have / be:

·At least 10/15yrs at site management level, with good experience running projects on their own as the site No1

·Refurb experience as well as structural works

·Able to build a strong rapport with the subbies and end client, and be assertive but fair

·Organised, self-motivated and forward thinking

·Trade background ideally

·Good IT skills (reporting upstream)
