Cover Supervisors Secondary Schools

Are you a confident and adaptable individual looking to inspire students in secondary education? Join our team as a Cover Supervisor (CS) for secondary schools across Fleet, Hampshire!

About the role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. With the flexibility to choose your working days, you can commit to as little as one day a week or as many as five, fitting your role around your availability.

Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For:

• Supervise and manage a classroom of students, ensuring they stay focused on the provided work.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Follow the school s behaviour management policies to support student engagement.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a seamless transition in lesson delivery.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to work across a range of subjects.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for education.

To work with GSL Education as Cover Supervisor, you should:

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
• Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
