Established for over 20 years our client has built a reputation delivering some of the most prestigious fit outs and infrastructure upgrades in London. With an annual turnover in excess of £60M, they operate across banking, finance, legal and datacentre sectors. Providing a one stop shop for clients, they can cover full building services from tricky BMS installs to major M&E refurbishments.

Role: Mechanical Supervisor - Night Shifts

Location: St Paul’s

Salary: £250 - £300 (x1.3) per day or £55,000 + Package x1.3 (£71,500)

My client is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for night shifts based in St Paul’s. The hours are 18.00pm – 03.00am and they will pay 1.3 x your salary. The working will mainly be live environment infrastructure upgrades or fit outs.

Responsibilities:

* Management of sub-contractors and labour

* Client liaison and attend site meetings

* Progress Reporting

* Responsible for all health & safety at site level including the preparation and issuing of RAMS & and tool box talks where appropriate

* Weekly H&S Returns

* Project & programme implementation

* Understanding of design & drawings

* Continuous snagging to minimise defects & errors

* Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project

The ideal candidate:

* Will be familiar working night shifts

* Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager withing the commercial sector
