Salary: 80 -140+/ day

About the Role:

Insight Education is seeking passionate and adaptable Supply Nursery Practitioner to support nurseries within the Wandsworth area, you will step into a variety of nursery settings in the absence of the regular teacher. Supply Nursery Practitioner Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt to Different Environments Quickly familiarise yourself with new settings and classroom dynamics, including individual needs and developmental stages.
• Support Student Learning Provide academic support and guidance to students, ensuring their engagement and progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Provide Feedback Offer constructive feedback to parents and staff, ensuring a smooth transition for the regular teacher upon their return.

Supply Nursery Practitioner Requirements:

• Sound knowledge and understanding of the UK Curriculum
• Hold a level 3 or above early years education or equivalent
• A flexible, adaptable, and positive approach to working in various settings.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage the children quickly.
