Job Opportunity: Design and Technology Technician - Lewisham

Are you passionate about Design and Technology and ready to support the next generation of innovators? We are seeking an experienced Design and Technology Technician to join a vibrant school in Lewisham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of high-quality DT lessons.
• Maintain and organize equipment, tools, and materials for DT classes.
• Support students in practical work, ensuring safety and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Help with the setup and maintenance of workshops, ensuring all areas are stocked and ready for use.

Essential Requirements:

• A degree in Design and Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a school setting, ideally within a Design and Technology department.
• Strong practical knowledge of a wide range of materials, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with staff and students.
