Interim Building Surveyor
One of our clients based in Cumbria is looking for a Building (Stock Condition) Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months with a view to extend.
Ideally you will:
Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
Based in a commutable distance to Cumbria (3 days in office, rest is WFH)
Have 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity.
Responsibilities include:
Stock Condition Surveys.
General Building Surveying duties
Interviews to be taking place as soon as this week and next week!
