Support Worker: Prison Leavers

Location:                    Bristol

Hours:                        Mon-Fri 37.5

Salary:                        £14.12 PAYE or 16.02 UMBRELLA

Contract type:           Temp 3 Months + 

Embark on a meaningful journey with a leading Housing Association as a Supported Housing Worker for Prison Leavers. In this contract role, you'll be the guiding light for individuals transitioning from incarceration to independent living, helping them navigate the path to a brighter future. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the challenges faced by prison leavers and a passion for supporting their transition.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of clients

Exhibit a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Demonstrate a collaborative approach, working closely with other professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic support system

Bring a solutions-oriented mindset, able to think creatively and adapt to the unique needs of everyone Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Support Planning and Risk assessments

Caseload Management.

Income Maximisation.

Building compliance checks.

Housing & Move-on support. Preferred Qualifications

Relevant experience in the housing, social work, or criminal justice sectors

A recognized qualification in a related field, such as social care or community development You will receive from BRC:
