Location: Sale, M33

Hours: 3:00pm - 7:30pm - Monday to Friday

Salary: £12.91 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our site cleaning team in Sale. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained while assisting in the management of waste, pest, and landscaping services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise cleaning teams to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

Organise staff to meet work schedules and priorities.

Provide instruction on the safe use of cleaning materials and equipment.

Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.

Motivate and lead the cleaning team to consistently achieve high standards.

Communicate effectively with staff and management, ensuring excellent customer care.

Participate in training and development of team members.

Essential:

Experience in industry/public cleaning services.

Previous supervisory experience in cleaning teams across multiple locations.

Desirable:

Knowledge of COSHH regulations.

Strong understanding of health and safety principles.

Ability to motivate and organize a cleaning team.

Excellent communication and customer care skills.

Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks.

Team player with a willingness to share knowledge.
