Design Manager
One of Options long standing Bristol clients has tasked us with recruiting a freelance Design manager to assist them on a long term project in the heart of the city.
The role will see you join an experienced site team working on an RC frame project and as such experience of similar projects would be highly desirable.
As the Design Manager you will be responsible for bridging the gap between architectural vision and site delivery, identifying issues, suggesting resolutions and managing this process with all involved parties.
The role is scheduled to start in the next 4 weeks, is to set to run for over 18 months and is outside IR35, and offers a competitive day rate.
