Job Description

We are looking for an Mechanical Supervisor (HVAC Building Services) for a 12month contract based in Liverpool.

The role will involve overseeing Pipefitters, Plumbers & specialist Mechanical / HVAC sub-contractors carrying out the self-delivery and sub-contract Mechanical Building Services Installation work packages on a new build Healthcare facility.

Site hours: 43 hours per week, Mon - Fri

Duration: 12 month project, with potential of follow on projects in the Merseyside region afterwards.

Pay Rate: £ 30.00/Hr - CIS paid weekly.

The ideal Mechanical Supervisor candidate will have the following:

C&G / NVQ Pipefitting / plumbing qualifications

Gold Supervisor Card.

SSSTS / SMSTS certs or an equivalent 1 day Health & Safety passport Course.
