Assistant Site Manager required. Housebuilding experience.Long term work, potential for temp to perm.

We are currently recruiting for a Housing Developer who is looking to recruit a couple of Assistant Site Managers in the business to work on a long term project in East Sussex.

Ideally the Assistant Site Manager candidate will presently be, or will have worked in the residential new build industry and will be able to show the ability to manage sub contractors on site and push them to work towards the agreed programme to the build and health and safety standards required by the business. All the time they will be needed to accurately report back to the Senior Site/ Project Manager on progress, H&S etc.

Drive , determination and eye for detail is required, and for the right candidates there will be genuine chance to progress and build a carer with one of the industries best known companies.
