I am currently representing a Regional Main Contractor who are seeking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer to be based on new projects throughout the West London area, spanning from Ealing to Wembley. My client specialises in social housing refurbishment projects, with a large presence across the London and the surrounding Home Counties.

My client has recently obtained spaces on several major refurbishment frameworks which has further strengthened their workload throughout the West London region. The projects mainly consist of external refurbishment works including cladding replacement, balcony, windows and communal area upgrades up to the value of £3 million per project.
