Job Opportunity: Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Greenwich, London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Pay: Weekly

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic Special Needs School in Greenwich. The school is rated outstanding by OFSTED and caters for pupils secondary age This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with children, providing essential support to help them achieve their full potential.

The Role Includes:

* Supporting students with autism in their learning and development.

* Assisting with classroom activities, routines, and individualised programs.

* Building positive relationships with students, helping them feel secure and confident.

* Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience working with children with autism or within a special needs setting (preferred but not essential).

* A compassionate and patient approach to working with children.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

What We Offer:
