Receptionist Part Time

Here at Sterling Recruitment Services we are recruiting for Receptionists on a part time basis on a temporary contract.

Working hours

Role 1: Working Monday,Tuesday&Wednesday 9:00am-14:30pm

Role 2: Working Thursday & Friday 08:00-17:30pm

Duties include;

To provide a welcoming environment for all visitors ensuring compliance to the signing in and signing out procedure
Ensure calls are dealt with promptly and professionally
Ensure the Reception area is tidy at all times
Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments
Ensure that all deliveries are signed in and the appropriate team member/department is informed
Deal with incoming and outgoing post on a daily basis
