• Bring individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans to life, ensuring each student's unique needs are met.

• Assist students in honing effective communication and social skills for lifelong success.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in unlocking the potential of students with SEMH needs is a valuable asset.
• Bring a patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
