We are currently looking for passionate KS2 teachers for both supply and long-term roles who are dedicated to making a positive impact on children's lives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Proven experience teaching KS2 in UK primary schools.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum with a focus on delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Excellent classroom management skills to foster a positive and safe learning environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to professional development and willingness to contribute to the school's community ethos.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students through innovative and engaging teaching strategies.
• A passion for promoting inclusivity and supporting diverse learning needs.
• Experience with or willingness to integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning.
• Proactive in maintaining high standards of behavior and creating a respectful and collaborative classroom culture.
• Ability to assess and track student progress effectively, using data to inform lesson planning and interventions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic school environment and meet the needs of the school community.
• Understanding of safeguarding policies and commitment to ensuring the well-being of all students.
• Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities or school events to foster a sense of community.
