Job Advert: Multi-Skilled Electrician

Location: Walsall, WS5 4PW

Rate of Pay: £24.00 per hour (umbrella)

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Electrician to join our team. This role involves maintaining building systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems to ensure optimal operation.

Perform repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks, completing all required records.

Oversee and inspect work by external contractors (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, landscaping).

Maintain lighting systems and implement energy management programs to reduce operating costs.

Review work orders, estimate materials/time, and manage supplies.Essential Skills:

BS7671 18th Edition certification.

Electrical Qualification Level 3.

Basic plumbing and HVAC knowledge.
