Job Description

Hobson Prior is seeking an experienced MSAT Process Engineer. This role has a focal point on the early stages of the biopharmaceutical production process, working both on-site and remotely. The successful candidate will play a key role in introducing new products and improving existing processes, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Help introduce new manufacturing processes by transferring technology from labs to large-scale production.

Work on improving processes to make them more efficient and reliable.

Support current manufacturing processes by analysing data and helping with any necessary changes.

Collaborate with lab teams and other departments to ensure successful production.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in Life Sciences with relevant experience in process development.

Proficient in English for effective communication.

Previous working history with cell culture processes; knowledge of purification is a plus.

Flexible and willing to adapt to changing work demands.

Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and manufacturing practices is beneficial.
