Marketing Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)

Location: Poole, Dorset

Hours: Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm

Contract: Full Time, 12 Month Maternity Cover

They are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth.

Main Responsibilities:

* Leading integrated marketing campaigns: From concept to execution, including briefing, approvals, and budget management.

* Developing compelling marketing copy: Crafting engaging content for various channels (e.g., email, social media, website, print).

* Managing digital marketing efforts: Executing successful digital campaigns across all key platforms.

* Supporting trade shows and events: Coordinating logistics, producing branded materials, and managing on-site presence.

* Liaising with key stakeholders: Building strong relationships with sales, design, and product teams.

* Mentoring and guiding a Marketing Executive

Skills/Experience Required as Marketing Manager:

* Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Creative thinker with a passion for product marketing.

* Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.

* Proactive and results-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.
