Job Advert: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer - SE1 0BH, London

Rate of Pay: £27.40 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract Duration: 16th January 2025 - 10th April 2025

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 (Travel time paid at 1.5 hours when worked 9.5 hours in the day)

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team, delivering exceptional maintenance and compliance services across a prestigious site in SE1 0BH, London.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct all L8 compliance checks and statutory monthly PPM checks.

Quote for faults and ensure timely reactive repairs and PPM tasks.

Maintain QHSE documentation using CBRE systems (e.g., logbooks, eLogbooks, hazard reports, PPE records).

Ensure compliance with CBRE ISO 9001/14001 and all Quality Management Systems.

Identify and implement innovative practices to enhance performance and meet client expectations.

Organise and assist in repairs for M&E systems, including BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators, and LV Electrical Distribution.

Respond promptly to callouts and emergencies as required.

Promote CBRE core values and maintain strong client relationships.

Deliver services in line with CBRE policies and procedures, prioritising Health & Safety at all times.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

L8 Awareness

City & Guilds 2392 (Inspection and Testing)

Proven experience in a similar role, with strong technical knowledge of M&E systems.
