The Project

As an accomplished General Foreman, you'll be responsible for overseeing drainage, pumping stations, concrete pouring and streetworks project across the Midlands. Your role involves supervising diverse project aspects, ensuring their safe, timely, and budget-compliant completion, all while meeting specific quality standards and regulations and ensuring all relevant paperwork is up to specification. This is a fast-paced project, therefore someone who is dynamic and driven is neccessary.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

 CSCS

 SSSTS

 First Aid

Additional skills

Strong leadership and teamwork skills

Effective time management abilities

Capacity to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

Knowledgeable of health and safety regulations and protocols

Demonstrated capability in establishing and maintaining relationships

Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Good knowledge and experience of Streetworks, Drainage, Concrete Pours and Pumping Stations, ideally on Water Infrastructure projectsThe Role
