Freelance Project Manager - Cold Room M&E Installation - Cambridge, UK

Start ASAP - Duration Until August 2025

Rate: 300- 350 per day

I'm currently working with a well-established client who is looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee the cold room M&E installation for a project on the outskirts of Cambridge, UK.

This is an opportunity for an organised professional who has a solid background in project management with a good understanding of the M&E process. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the M&E installation for cold room projects.
• Oversee project scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and relevant regulations.
• Report on progress, risks, and issues to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of construction and M&E processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Previous experience with cold room installations is highly desirable.
