Behaviour Support - What You'll Do:

• Support Ealing students in navigating behavioural challenges, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to implement behaviour strategies that encourage success.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students needing tailored interventions.
• Assist with some administrative tasks, including maintaining behaviour records and tracking progress.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a collaborative approach to behaviour management.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Behaviour Support or similar role, ideally in a secondary school setting.
• Familiarity with Excel and data tracking tools to manage behaviour records effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
• A proactive, empathetic, and resilient individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
